We respond to enquiries and requests as quickly as possible, but please remember the Festival Box Office is not full-time and is operated by volunteers.
If you have a disability and would like to discuss access to the Festival, please phone 01494 786749 and leave a message with a phone number. We will respond as soon as possible.
The festival takes place in an intimate 10th-century church. Seating is in the nave, side aisles and chancel and is not tiered. Prices are set according to proximity to the stage and the lowest price tickets mostly have no view of the performing area, though the acoustic is excellent throughout. Please bear all this in mind when booking your seats.
Refunds
Our agent Ticketsource offers refund protection for tickets bought online or by telephone. Details can be found when booking on their website. Tickets bought by post direct from the Festival are not refundable, but the Box Office will try and resell any tickets not able to be used if the event is sold out.
Programme Notes
These are provided free of charge for most events at the Festival and will also be available on the website.
